退貨政策


 

除已拆封之個人衛生用品等按「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」不適用  7 天鑑賞期之商品外,從商品抵達您手上開始即擁有7天商品鑑賞期 (7天含假日)。
 

本政策的有效期限為 7 天(含假日),如果自購買日後已超過 7 天(含假日),請恕我們無法為您提供退款服務。


以下不符合退款資格:

1.商品必須已經使用或拆封,沒有保持原包裝,或因個人因素而破壞包裝,如:污損 故障 磨損 刮傷等

2.超過7天商品鑑賞期

3.退貨商品包裝破損不完整,或發票配件不齊全者

4.惡意或大量退貨



切記,為完成退款程序,您必須提供發票或購買證明。
請勿將購買的商品寄回給製造商。

一旦收到並檢驗完您退款的商品後,我們將3-5天內透過電子郵件通知您已收到您退款的商品。此外也會通知您退款通過核准或遭拒。
如果退款通過核准,我們將會處理您的退款,並在特定天數內自動將款項退回您的信用卡或原本的付款方式。



海外訂購無法提供退款等服務,請下單前務必確認後再下單純!!


退款延遲或遺失
如果您尚未收到退款,請先再次檢查您的銀行帳戶。
接著,請聯絡您的信用卡公司,退款可能需要等一段時間後才會正式入帳。

如果您已完成這一切步驟,但仍未收到退款,請傳送電子郵件到 service@ciennas.com 與我們聯絡。

退回商品時,您將須自行負擔運送成本,運送成本不可退款。

如果您收到退款,退款內會扣除退貨運送成本。

視您的居住所在地而定,您收到換貨產品所需的時間可能有所不同。(產品品質異常除外)

Refund Policy:

 

Except for personal hygiene products that have been opened, which are subject to the "The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales " all products come with a 7-day inspection period starting from the date of their arrival in your possession (including holidays).

The validity period of this policy is 7 days (including holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if it has been more than 7 days (including holidays) since the purchase date.

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  1. The product has been used or unsealed, not in its original packaging, or the packaging has been damaged due to personal factors such as staining, malfunction, wear and tear, scratches, etc.
  2. The 7-day inspection period has passed.
  3. The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice accessories are incomplete.
  4. Malicious or excessive returns.

 

Please note that to complete the refund process, you must provide the invoice or proof of purchase. Do not return the purchased product to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email within 3-5 days that we have received the item for refund.

Additionally, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or declined. If the refund is approved, we will process it and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.

Please be aware that overseas orders are not eligible for refunds or similar services. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.

Refund Delay or Loss: If you have not received the refund, please double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

When returning the product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the refund amount will be deducted by the return shipping cost.

The time required to receive replacement products may vary depending on your place of residence (excluding abnormal product quality).
